1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use strengthmapper.in (the “Site”) and buy a report from StrengthMapper, operated by Viveka Academy Tutorials, Hubballi, Karnataka (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or buying a report you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide

We create personalised study-guidance reports for school students in Classes 6 to 10, covering Mathematics, Science, Social Science and Languages, based on information shared by a parent or guardian. Reports are delivered as PDF files.

Important: our reports are guidance tools. They are not a medical, psychological or educational assessment, and they do not diagnose any learning difficulty. If you have concerns about your child’s learning or wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional.

3. Who can buy

You must be a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. By completing the questionnaire you confirm you have the right to share your child’s information for this purpose.

4. Plans and prices

Basic Report: ₹149
Full Diagnostic (with the detailed 90-day program): ₹699

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, if any, are included or shown at checkout. We may change prices; the price shown when you pay is the price you pay.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your payment is subject to Razorpay’s terms and the rules of your bank or payment provider.

6. Delivery

Your PDF report is available to download right after your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. You will get a reference ID and a download page, and you can download the report again at any time from our “Find my report” page using your email and reference ID, for 12 months. If your report does not appear within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

7. Your responsibilities

Give accurate information. The report is only as useful as the answers behind it.
Do not misuse the Site or attempt to access other users’ information.

8. Licence and ownership

We own the content, design and text of the reports. When you buy a report we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own child’s learning. You may not resell, publish or distribute the report or its content commercially, or share it publicly.

10. No guarantee of results

We work hard to make reports useful, but we cannot guarantee any particular marks, rank or outcome. A child’s progress depends on many factors, including effort, teaching, health and circumstances.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Privacy

Your child’s information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hubballi, Karnataka, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
