Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

StrengthMapper is operated by Viveka Academy Tutorials, Hubballi, Karnataka. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

About you (the parent or guardian): your name (if given), email address, and optionally your WhatsApp or phone number.

About your child: first name, class, board, medium of instruction, interests, study habits, how they are doing in Maths, Science, Social Science and Languages, confidence levels, and your goals. We ask only for a first name, and we do not ask for surname, school name, photos or ID numbers.

Payment information: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and status, not your card, UPI or bank details.

3. Why we use it

• To create and deliver your child’s report.
• To contact you about your order, and to provide support and refunds.
• To improve our questions, reports and service, using information that does not identify your child.

We do not use your child’s information for advertising, and we do not track or profile children for marketing.

4. Children’s information and parental consent

The questionnaire is for parents and guardians to complete. By ticking the consent box, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you agree to us using your child’s information for the purposes above, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see section 8).

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service, for example:

• Razorpay, to process payments.
• Email and messaging providers, to send you your report and updates.
• Hosting and storage providers, to run the Site and keep the information safe.

These providers may process information on servers inside or outside India, and are expected to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your child’s answers and your report for 12 months so we can help if you ask for a copy or support, and then delete them. We will delete them sooner if you ask us to. We keep payment and tax records for as long as the law requires.

7. How we protect it

We use reasonable security measures, including limiting who can see submissions and keeping the Site on secure (HTTPS) connections. No system is completely secure, so we encourage you to keep your email account safe as well.

8. Your rights and contacting us

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you and your child,
• correct information that is wrong,
• delete your child’s information, and
• withdraw your consent.

Email support@strengthmapper.in from the address you used for your order and include your reference ID if you have one. We aim to reply within 7 working days. For privacy complaints, you can also write to us at the same address; we will respond as our grievance contact: Viveka Academy Tutorials, Kalburgi Complex, opposite to Focus Mart, Hubballi, Karnataka 580021.

9. Browser storage

While you fill in the questionnaire, the Site saves your progress in your own browser so you do not lose it if you refresh. It stays on your device. We do not use advertising cookies on this Site.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Please read the Terms & Conditions too.
